Retailisation processes certain personal data about you by using our Services and/or because you have provided us with this personal data. Below is an overview of the personal data that we may process:

f. other personal data that you actively provide us with.
2.2 Users may visit our Site anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may, wholly or partly, prevent Users from engaging in certain Services.

4.1 Retailisation collects and uses Users personal data for the following purposes (the “Purposes”):
a. to collect and process sales data, inventory data, transactional data and User instructions to calculate, change and transmit ideal reorder levels and/or orders;
b. to provide you with the best possible Services;
c. to inform you about relevant information regarding Retailisation;
d. to inform you about changes of our Services;
e. to create your own account;
f. Retailisation analyses your behaviour on the Site to improve our Service.
4.2 We do not share personal data with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide our Services.
Article 5. How long personal data will be saved
We do not store personal data for any longer than is necessary for the Purpose of our Services. Thereafter, the personal data will be retained for a maximum of 18 months for statistical purposes. The personal data will then be erased unless legal retention periods apply.

7.2 To ensure that the request for inspection, modification or removal is done by you, you have to send a copy of your passport when you submit such a request. Please blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, i.e. the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number. This to protect your privacy.
7.3 Retailisation will respond to your request within four weeks.

8.1 We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data, username, password, transaction information and data stored through our Services.
8.2 You should also do your part in protecting your personal data. Your Retailisation username and any password (if such is provided or enacted) are confidential and we recommend that you not divulge them to anyone. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Internet as a public transmission network, neither Retailisation’s network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect personal data that is transmitted to us by you, Retailisation cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.

Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Services, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

If a User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, such User will receive emails that include company news, updates, related product or Service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Sites.
