Growth Marketer

Experience  3+ years

To help drive our growth through lead generation, we are looking for a commercial and data-driven growth marketer for two or three days per week. You are hands-on, love experimentation, and are not afraid to take ownership of Retailisation’s marketing and lead generation. 

In this role you will be responsible for the top of the funnel and will focus on generating marketing qualified leads and improving the conversion to sales qualified leads. You understand data-driven B2B marketing, are tech savvy and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You will report directly to the CEO, who also manages the sales and who will follow up with the opportunities you generate. 

You continue to raise Retailisation’s online profile and drive activities to nurture and grow the existing pipeline while ensuring tight alignment between marketing and sales.

You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, superior verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, and a familiarity with the software (SaaS) industry. You are a self-starter with a strong sense of what needs to be done and know how to get buy-in from a range of stakeholders, including colleagues and agencies.

Specifically, you will:

– Develop and implement marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion improvement, like: 

  • Website optimisation
  • SEO
  • SEA
  • Content marketing (supported by colleagues and agencies)

– Create and translate ideas to actions that deliver business results. You’ll have a lot of freedom to continuously test new approaches to capture existing demand for the Retailisation solutions. 

– Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research.

Since we are an international team with international clients, we speak English at the office. And while we operate from Amsterdam, we are not typically Dutch (whatever that is). 

You will work with different agencies for the execution of some of the initiatives, use Hubspot to manage and measure your efforts and will have a marketing budget to drive the growth.
